Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for close-loop data-driven business iterations, turning data into actionable insights to drive high-impact business changes.

This role helps bridge business and technical teams through end-to-end data solutions. Your analytical skills will help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for our cross-border business.

  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Define KPIs with stakeholders and develop metrics aligned with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional data analytics projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in data analytics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, engineering, or related fields
Technical Skills:

You should have proven technical skills in:

  • SQL
  • Spark
  • Python

Experience in data analysis and process automation is preferred. A data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication skills are essential for this role.
