Regional Performance Strategist

As a key member of our organization's performance management team, the Regional Performance Strategist plays a vital role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision-making.

The Regional Performance Strategist is responsible for supporting the development and monitoring of country-level KPIs and performance metrics. This involves gathering, consolidating, and analyzing operational data from APAC countries to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Metrics Development: Support the creation and maintenance of country-level KPIs and performance metrics to measure organizational success.
  • Operational Data Analysis: Gather and consolidate operational data from APAC countries to analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategic Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation decks for regional leaders and stakeholders to inform business strategy.
  • Performance Reviews: Assist in regional performance reviews, business planning cycles, and continuous improvement of operational systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing operations and driving regional alignment.

This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Data Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform strategic decisions.
