AI Client Enablement Specialist

This role involves driving business value through innovative data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following core responsibilities:

  • Strategic Data Science: Deliver, build and maintain data-driven solutions aligned with Group Operations strategy.
  • Data Leadership: Provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock value of SCB's data sets and external information.
  • Clients and Projects: Engage with internal clients to improve delivery of analytic projects and identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Methodologies and Best Practices: Explore leading methodologies and best practices, import successful methodologies from international markets and implement them across the organization.
  • Programme Management Artefacts: Prepare, manage and maintain key programme management artefacts to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Compliance and Governance: Support and ensure implementation of programme delivery is in line with the Bank's control and governance framework.
  • Values and Conduct: Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Risk and Compliance: Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Additional Responsibilities

The role also involves:

  • Bank Strategy: Work with senior management to develop and refine the bank's AI strategy and identify AI use cases that have potential to deliver significant business value.
  • Ai Project Development: Develop business cases for AI projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment and ROI estimation.
