As a Data Driven Solutions Specialist, you will drive the delivery and implementation of data driven solutions that are core to our strategy.

Key Objectives
  • Review, control, and report on the financial status of individual workstreams and overall programmes as per bank standards and governance framework.
  • Support and coordinate performance/benefits reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes.
  • Prepare status reporting as required for stakeholder requirements, programme office, refinement forums, and other engagements.
  • Implement governance standards across the programme, including tracking, monitoring, and updating programme metrics.
  • Ensure clarity is up to date with key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues, and resource forecasts, and track them for appropriate governance bodies.
  • Ensure all submissions to committees and working groups are of the right quality and are timely.
  • Implement programme closure procedure.

  • Delivering, building, and maintaining data driven solutions that are core to our strategy execution.
Business Value
  • Provide thought leadership in data science techniques and business applications to unlock the value of our data sets and external information.
  • Continually look at the environment to challenge assumptions around new sources of data, potential analytics partners, tools, talent, and infrastructure.
  • Engage with internal clients to improve delivery of analytic projects.
Methodologies and Practices
  • Explore leading methodologies and best practices, importing successful methodologies from international markets.
Responsibilities
  • Risk Management: Prepare, manage, maintain, and track quality of key programme management artefacts such as epics on JIRA, risks, and issues.
  • Governance: Support and ensure programme delivery is in line with the bank's control and governance framework.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of PMO experience in large and complex, multi-geography, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience in agile methodologies.
  • Certification in PMP/Certified Scrum Master/Certified Product Owner is a plus.
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing organisational goals.
  • Ability to excel in a quick-paced environment, multitask, and deliver to tight deadlines.
