Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

This is a key opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of advanced data analytics and AI solutions. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for developing robust dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools, managing and optimizing data pipelines and analytics workflows, and leveraging data from enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI/LLM solutions for financial analysis and automation
  • Develop BI dashboards using Tableau and modern analytics tools
  • Manage and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows
  • Leverage data from enterprise systems including Workday and Adaptive Planning
  • Apply prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and model deployment techniques

Requirements:

  1. Advanced data analysis and AI/LLM implementation experience
  2. Proficient in Python (ETL, AI/ML models, APIs, automation) and SQL
  3. Deep experience with Tableau development, dashboard performance optimization, and governance
  4. Strong understanding of data architecture and enterprise data pipelines
  5. Familiarity with Workday and Adaptive Planning systems and integration

Additional Valuable Experience:

  • Financial data modelling within enterprise planning tools
  • Integration experience between Workday, Adaptive Planning, and other systems
