We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Human Resources.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive our human resources function forward. As Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our organizational goals and foster a healthy work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Executive Director and leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Driving talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to build a sustainable workforce
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits planning, including salary benchmarking and annual increments
  • Leading performance management, staff engagement, and learning and development initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws, relevant regulations, and industry guidelines
  • Managing employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters fairly and professionally
  • Providing secretariat support to the HR Committee and Board as required
  • Overseeing HR operations, including outsourced payroll, insurance, medical benefits, and training administration

You will have the opportunity to champion our organisational culture, values, and staff wellbeing programmes.

In addition, you will lead continuous improvements in HR systems, policies, and processes, and track and report HR analytics and metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least five years of human resource management experience, or equivalent
  • Strong people management, business acumen, and strategic planning skills with high analytical capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well with diverse stakeholders
  • A proactive leader who can inspire and influence across the organisation
