IT Infrastructure Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT infrastructure strategy manager to lead our team in designing, implementing and optimizing enterprise and data center infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, security and cloud infrastructure, as well as hands-on experience with automation and tooling.

About the Job

This is a highly technical and strategic role responsible for driving infrastructure modernization, managing migrations, and streamlining operations with automation and centralized tooling. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in network architecture and security, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, IPsec VPNs, and NGFWs (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise and data center infrastructure
  • Oversee network architecture, firewall engineering and project delivery
  • Drive infrastructure modernization, manage migrations and streamline operations with automation and centralized tooling
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including at least 5 in a leadership role managing enterprise networks and data centers
  • Expert-level proficiency in network architecture and security, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, IPsec VPNs, and NGFWs (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate)
  • Strong cloud infrastructure expertise, with hands-on experience deploying and securing environments on AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Proficiency in modern programming/scripting languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Java, with a focus on infrastructure automation and tooling
