Program Manager

  • Craft a diverse instructor pool to deliver impactful courses, collaborating closely with the Program manager on content development and resource allocation.
  • Promote seamless communication between Sales, Delegates/Students/Client Success teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the learner journey.

Instructional Coaching & Development

  • Collaborate with delivery specialists to meet quality targets and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Establish instructional standards for individual instructors and teams.
  • Observe instruction, provide coaching to address issues, and facilitate growth among instructors on instructional delivery and classroom culture.
  • Maintain course quality by reviewing student progress, experience, and feedback, and develop data-driven action plans.
  • Understand each instructor's goals and needs, and find solutions to enhance their experience and support their development.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in education (Adult Learning), preferably from an accredited institution or training provider.
  • Possess relevant certifications like ACTA/ACLP, and a Bachelor Degree in education or related fields.
  • Demonstrate success as a people manager who inspires, develops, and empowers direct reports.
  • Proven track record of delivering and facilitating learning experiences for adult learners.
  • Able to identify areas for improvement and devise creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with applying and maintaining grants such as IBF and SkillsFuture.
  • Able to attract top trainers/talents in areas like Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customers, Compliance, Wealth Management, Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Financial Planner, Financial Advisory, etc.
