Exercise Instruction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exercise Instruction Specialist to join our team. As an Exercise Instruction Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality exercise instruction to clients of various fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exercises to students and provide individualized instruction and corrections to ensure proper form and technique.
- Determine the necessary equipment for classes and ensure its safe usage by students.
- Create customized exercise routines that cater to different client needs and goals.
- Schedule classes and communicate effectively with clients about class times and cancellations.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Lead group fitness classes focusing on core strengthening, balance, and flexibility.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients of varying fitness levels.
- A thorough understanding of exercise techniques and safety protocols.
