Job Opportunity: Wholesale Loan Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Wholesale Loan Coordinator. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who have a passion for loan origination and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Closing and Servicing Coordination:
    • Manage multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle, including loan closing and servicing coordination.
    • Coordinate transactions and maintain data quality and process controls.
  • Client Onboarding and Data Management:
    • Oversee client onboarding and data management processes.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to achieve team goals.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Deal Closing Pipeline Management:
    • Monitor and manage the deal closing pipeline to ensure timely completion of deals.
    • Identify and resolve potential issues that may impact deal closure.
  • Quality Control and Process Improvement:
    • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in wholesale loan products (syndicated/bilateral) with a strong understanding of legal documentation, deal structures, and funding mechanics. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong organizational and time management skills, understanding of corporate and regulatory policies for lending, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are required.
