Loan Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

This role involves providing critical support to the build and development team in loan origination and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wholesale loan products, including syndicated and bilateral loans.

You will work closely with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc., to ensure data quality, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop operational metrics and conduct regular risk reviews for end-to-end transparency.
  • Implement process improvements, enhance controls, and increase efficiencies within the group and across the loan lifecycle.
  • Contribute to loan remediation efforts and participate in loan system testing/migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years' experience/knowledge of wholesale loan products and business.
