Job Title: Consumer Loan Operations Specialist

Description:

This is a 12-month contract role based at Tampines. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans, including the following functions:

  • Processing and checking of new home loan applications
  • Documentation processing, which entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests such as restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement, partial capital repayment, repricing of loans and bridging loans.
  • Safe-keeping of security documents via CLIMS
  • Liaison with external and internal parties, including solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)
  • Be responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure and work independently as well as in a team
