Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Documentation Officer, Consumer Loan Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of home loans, including documentation management and safe-keeping of security documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing and Verification: Process and verify new home loan applications.
  • Document Management: Disburse, redeem, and handle service-related requests such as restructuring of credit facilities, partial capital repayment, and repricing of loans.
  • Secure Document Storage: Perform secure storage of security documents via CLIMS.
  • Liaison: Liaise with external and internal parties regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and ability to cope well under pressure.
