Job Title: Inventory Executive

Inventory executives play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's inventory management system. They are responsible for analyzing and managing stock and purchase order related data to achieve optimal allocation.

  • The job involves generating and analyzing reports to support demand, forecast, and supply information, making recommendations based on the insights gained.
  • A key responsibility is understanding the process of forecasting and replenishment of stock planning, as well as concepts such as safety stocks and working stocks to maintain a healthy balance between overstock and out-of-stock situations.

Another crucial aspect is ensuring smooth coordination with forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse personnel. This requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise.

The job also involves daily coordination with operations teams and warehouse staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Additionally, it is essential to adhere to safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company.

An efficient demand and supply process must be established through close collaboration with relevant parties. This includes managing stock orders and allocation to maintain healthy stock levels across stores and meeting established KPIs.

This position requires a minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial vehicle spare parts management or inventory control in the automotive industry is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory control of thousands of line items. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
