About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our fast growing operations team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient stock management, timely procurement, and seamless distribution of all stock across various locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing inventory checks, resetting devices, entering stock details into the internal system, and allocating delivery of stock to different stores. They will also process returns, sort inventory, and manage stock regularly. Additionally, they will coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-order stock and confirm delivery dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing inventory checks by counting and inspecting all incoming stock upon arrival.
  • Resetting all devices and ensuring they are labeled and packaged appropriately.
  • Entering all incoming stock details into the internal system.
  • Performing routine stocktaking at different branch locations.
  • Allocating and arranging the delivery of stock to different stores.
  • Processing returns, sorting inventory, and managing stock regularly.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-order stock and confirm delivery dates.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and detail-oriented skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
