Compliance Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our team. As a key member of the Global Compliance Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chief Compliance Officer and ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance Management: Ensure effective management of 360T Singapore, including RMO trading venue, and maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as MAS systems.
  • Knowledge and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with local and regional regulatory developments, new compliance legislation, and market trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Support: Assist with KYC checks, compliance monitoring, and market surveillance, providing timely and accurate support to stakeholders.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit regulatory returns, assist with board and committee reports, and provide regulatory and compliance training to colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree or higher education level, preferably in Law, Business, or Technology.
  • Certification and Experience: Certification in a professional association such as ACAMS is advantageous; otherwise, can be arranged. A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the financial services sector is required.
  • Skills and Qualities: Above-average communication and conflict resolution skills, high degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills, decision-making ability, results orientation, and team spirit.
  • Languages: Working language English, other languages an advantage.
