Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Description:
  • Support the development and maintenance of regulatory compliance strategies for TCM and CPM products.
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to regulatory inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure GMP compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control documentation and compliance protocols.
  • Evaluate product labels for regulatory compliance and coordinate with marketing/design teams to address any discrepancies.
  • Manage product listings and support export compliance documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and contribute to team projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Singapore's HSA regulatory requirements for TCM and CPM products.
  • Ability to work independently, find details quickly, and interpret complex regulations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
