Customer Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to assist our sales team with order processing, customer liaison, and administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Facilitate communication between sales teams and Chinese suppliers.
  • Accurately record sales, purchases, and inventory data in ERP systems.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and telephone answering.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • An ITE diploma in business administration or accounting.
  • A GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience in office administration.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
