Job Title: Customer Support Specialist for Trading Software

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Success Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist for Trading Software. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Technical Teams and OPS Leaders, to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our software platforms, products, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage and respond to urgent customer requests.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support or Ops Engineer roles, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
- Proficiency in administration, monitoring, and support tools, such as Zendesk, Grafana, and Zenduty.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
