Job Title: Trade Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for preparing and managing trade-related documents, supporting accounting tasks, and organizing documents.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your exceptional language skills in English and Japanese will enable you to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Prepare and manage trade-related documents including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
  • Support accounting tasks such as issuing invoices and managing payments/receipts.
  • Organize documents, perform data entry, and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Handle visitor inquiries, phone calls, and email correspondence in both Japanese and English.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email software.
