Job Title: Trade Support Specialist

The role of a Trade Support Analyst in our organization is multifaceted and dynamic.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a portfolio of counterparts to ensure accurate trading information within the trading book by confirming deals with brokers on a daily basis.
    • Monitor and verify exchange-traded positions and limits, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Report financial OTC trades to regulators within 24 hours of their execution, maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and negotiate settlements.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with Front Office, Operations, Middle Office, Legal & Compliance, Credit, Treasury, Trading Accounting, and IT teams.
    • Diligence and attention to detail in meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy in all reports and communications.
