Job Description

As a key member of the HR Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a group of professionals dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the organization.

Your role involves partnering with various HR and functional teams to support strategic initiatives focused on enhancing global HR workflows and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong leadership skills, team management experience, and a solid understanding of employment law requirements in the Asia Pacific region are essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday HCM are required, and a high level of English proficiency is a must, with additional languages considered a plus.
