Job Summary

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day administration in the Human Resource department.


Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in full and day-to-day administration in the Human Resource department.


• Coordinate recruitment activities in South East Asia, including preparing advertisements, liaising with local vendors, coordinating interviews, screening suitable candidates for employment, and conducting background checks.


• Collaborate with HR outsourcing partnerships regionally with HR shared services.


• Conduct orientation for general staff and perform onboarding and exit formalities.


• Organize employee training, including NEO, and maintain training records.


• Assist in research and data gathering for case resolution as required.


• Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide consolidated details for payroll processing.


• Perform HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliance.


• Participate in HR cycle activities, including performance management, training needs analysis, and compensation planning and implementation, as appropriate.


• Coordinate employee social and recreational events.


• Maintain proper and systematic records of documentations and staff data by assembling and preparing.


Requirements:


• Diploma/Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent.


• 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience.


• Excellent command in verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Self-driven, result-oriented, and organized.


• Preference will be given to candidates with regional HR operation experience and the ability to commit within a short notice.
