A highly skilled Laundry Operations Assistant is required to ensure seamless guest laundry operations.
Responsibilities:- Support daily guest laundry and collection counter operations.
- Conduct thorough checks and tagging of guest garments/linen for defects, discoloration, missing accessories, etc.
- Follow established laundry procedures for checking, tagging, washing, drying, pressing, and packing guest laundry.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry plant and counter.
- Perform daily counter duties and ensure accurate payments align with cashier reports.
- Serve as a direct point of contact and link with customers on all issues.
- Provide strong leadership in customer-related matters.
- Preferred experience in laundry operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Confident, pleasant demeanor, and well-groomed appearance.
- Friendly personality and meticulous working attitude.
- Ability to work independently and learn operation processes.
- Effective production management and achievement of KPIs.
