Job Opportunity

The Laundry Operations Coordinator position is a key role in supporting the management of guest laundry services, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tagging of guest garments/linen for defects, discoloration, missing accessories, etc.
  • Follow established procedures for checking, washing, drying, pressing, and packing guest laundry.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry facility and counter area.
  • Assist with daily counter operations and tasks.
  • Verify accuracy of payments received and reconcile with daily cash reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide leadership in addressing customer-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in laundry services is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Confident, friendly demeanor and excellent grooming standards.
  • Able to work independently and be hands-on to learn operational processes.
  • Willingness to operate and manage production efficiently to achieve set KPIs.
