Job Title: Advanced AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Advanced AI Solutions Developer to design and implement cutting-edge artificial intelligence-driven solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI frameworks to build scalable and intelligent applications.
  • This role requires technical depth and creativity in leveraging GenAI models to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy Generative AI and ML models for business use cases such as content generation, summarization, conversational AI and automation.
  • Apply advanced NLP and GenAI techniques (e.g., transformers, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering).
  • Build robust and scalable Python-based applications for data processing, inference and deployment of AI models.
  • Integrate AI/GenAI solutions with enterprise systems via RESTful APIs, cloud services and microservices frameworks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, multimodal AI, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Proven experience with NLP and LLM frameworks (e.g., BERT, GPT, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases like Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate).
  • Hands-on experience with API development and integration (FastAPI, Flask, Django). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying GenAI applications.
  • Knowledge of MLOps and model lifecycle management tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker).
