Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI engineering, with a particular focus on agent-based systems and scalable workflows.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions that exhibit autonomous, proactive, and adaptive behaviors. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing IT frameworks and customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement agent-based AI solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
• Develop AI-driven workflows leveraging multi-agent orchestration, automation, and integration capabilities.
• Contribute to the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Workato connectors, workflows, and recipes.
• Build advanced prompting, memory handling, and workflow execution logic for large language model (LLM)-based agents.
• Troubleshoot and analyze AI workflows, integrations, and automation pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the delivery of tailored agentic AI and RAG solutions.
• Continuously monitor, test, and optimize AI workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Experience in development and implementation, with proficiency in Workato and AI engineering principles.
• Strong foundation in AI, with a particular focus on agent-based systems and scalable workflows.
• Proven ability to design and implement reliable, AI-driven workflows that enhance IT operations.
• Solid knowledge of automation technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, including iPaaS, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in working with data structures like JSON and experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby is desired.
• Awareness of technology trends and best practices in the application integration and AI automation domains.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
