We are a digital bank in Singapore focusing on supply chain finance for MSMEs. Our mission is to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We seek a highly skilled leader to lead our AI initiatives, focusing on agentic AI solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying intelligent autonomous systems that revolutionize banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agentic AI Implementation: Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions, including agent architectures, interaction protocols, and multi-agent systems.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and other relevant AI domains. Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance AI capabilities.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and intelligence. Design scalable, robust, and secure AI architectures integrating with banking systems.
  • Model Development & Training: Develop, train, and fine-tune AI models (including LLMs) for agentic behaviours, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and ethics.
  • Data Strategy: Work with data engineers to define data requirements, ensure quality, and build robust data pipelines for training and operating AI agents.
  • Deployment & MLOps: Implement best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD for AI models, model monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management of agentic systems.
  • Performance Optimization & Tuning: Monitor AI agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions meet highest standards of data privacy, security, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI principles.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Foster collaboration within the AI team and across departments.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for AI models, systems, and processes.
