Customer Experience Excellence Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our customer experience strategy in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the customer journey.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • First Choice certification at Champion Gold level or above.
  • COPC registered coordinator certification.
