We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our customer experience strategy in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of customer experience professionals to deliver high-quality services and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer experience metrics.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- First Choice certification at Champion Gold level or above.
- COPC registered coordinator certification.
