Corporate Wellness Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Corporate Wellness Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing health talks, wellness bazaars, and on-site health screenings with corporate clients.

About the Role:
  • You will serve as the primary liaison with corporate clients, understanding and fulfilling their event requirements to optimize engagement and impact.
  • You will plan and oversee the logistics of each event, including health talks, wellness bazaars, and health screenings, ensuring objectives are met.
  • You will manage demographics and attendee numbers to align speakers and vendors with potential sales opportunities.
  • You will coordinate with an established network of wellness vendors and speakers, including sourcing and vetting new participants to enrich our offerings.
  • You will handle internal coordination, utilizing tools like Google Calendar and WhatsApp groups to ensure smooth communication and organization among all participants.
  • You will supervise event day operations, including setup and teardown, ensuring a professional and impactful experience for attendees.
Requirements:
  • A keen interest and experience in event management, preferably in the health, wellness, or corporate sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • A keen interest in health and wellness, with a drive to stay updated on industry trends.
  • The ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The events location can be anywhere in Singapore, except for Jurong Island.
  • A minimum NITEC / DIPLOMA in Sales, Business, Marketing and healthcare related disciplines.
