As a collective of fitness professionals, we advocate for sustainable health and fitness practices among corporates and individuals through innovative wellness programs. We seek a passionate and aspiring Wellness Project Coordinator who can excel in sales, customer service, and project coordination to join our team in cultivating a healthy community.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Liaise between clients, fitness instructors & wellness speakers for smooth communication.
- Prepare and draft corporate proposals, quotations, and invoices.
- Source necessary information, such as venues, for clients.
- Ensure seamless operations and adeptly solve problems.
- Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings.
- Assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.
- Close clients and contribute to revenue goals.
- Understand client needs and negotiate costs and services.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Holder and Relevant experience as a project/events coordinator is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Meticulous, multi-tasker, and eager to learn.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress well.
- Sales background is a bonus.
- Fast-working laptop and internet connection.
- Revenue generation will be part of the KPI.
