**The Role**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Manage and plan onsite health and wellness services for clients by coordinating between clients and service providers
- Help clients with enquiries regarding Magenta services or direct them to clinics according to their needs
- Work with clinics on our panel to manage or co-ordinate medical reports for our clients
- Call clinics to clarify patient cases and manage work injury cases/follow-ups for our clients
- Update Magenta portal if there are changes to company details or changes to clinical operating hours or services.
- Work with Magenta Accounts and sales team to highlight overdue invoices from clients
- Check for missing reports from clinics and ensure that clients receive their reports on time
- Manage our work injury hotline (WhatsApp) and co-ordinate services for our clients
- Help clinics with claims submission and verifying claims amounts submitted by the clinics

**Ideal Profile**

**Requirements**:

- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with mínimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
