About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an iP law assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support in trade mark dispute operations, coordinate international trips, and contribute to promoting iP/technology dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Review: Review documents related to trade mark disputes and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Correspondence: Draft and issue letters to parties involved in trade mark disputes.
  • Support: Provide administrative support to the team in dispute resolution procedures.
  • International Travel Arrangements: Research and arrange flights, hotels, and restaurant bookings for international trips.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize RSVP systems and manage the administrative program for overseas trips.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team leader.
Requirements:
  • Self-Motivation: Self-driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and systematic approach to work.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and communication skills in English.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of iP Procedures: Knowledge of intellectual property procedures, especially trademark disputes, is a plus.
Benefits:

This is a 8-month government contract opportunity with a salary of up to $3,500 per month. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic Diploma and strong relevant experience.
