**Responsibilities**:
**IP Advisory & Prosecution**:

- Coordinate international trademark filings and ensure compliance with global IP regulations.
- Advise clients on IP strategies, courses of action, and associated costs.
- Review Examination Reports and draft responses to Office Actions.
- Conduct trademark searches and provide clear, actionable opinions to clients.
- Update, maintain, and monitor deadlines for file-related matters.
- Generate standard correspondence, draft invoices, and handle ad hoc tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Business Development**:

- Support business development and networking initiatives to strengthen client relationships.
- Participate in marketing activities to promote the firm’s IP services.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, or cross-border collaboration.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Law or completion of the Certificate of Intellectual Property (GCIP) course. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., law degree) or industry experience are advantageous.
- Minimum **3 years of experience**in trademark prosecution.
- **Proficiency in English**(verbal and written) is required. **Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)**is highly preferred to support multilingual client engagements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
- Interest in contributing to practice growth and client relationship management.
