Job Description

  • Assist senior managers in developing brand strategies, implementing operational plans, and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Promote marketing initiatives and coordinate activity plans to increase brand awareness and reputation.
  • Oversee daily brand operations to ensure consistency with the brand image.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on brand promotion activities and weekly/monthly work reports.
  • Collaborate with product strategy & management teams on product branding.
  • Understand E-Commerce Asia platform strategies and management team coverage.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing/brand planning, preferably with agency management exposure.
  • Working knowledge of traditional and digital media, as well as strategic partnerships.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to translate objectives into strategic and tactical plans.
  • Capacity to evaluate and optimize creative work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and independent work ability.
  • Strong presentation skills, attention to detail, deadline-driven, data-focused.
  • Project management skills are highly desirable.
