We are seeking a dynamic Manager/Assistant Director to manage and execute high-impact initiatives, including international and national AI competitions, cross-functional AI projects, and the establishment of AI-driven solutions.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, research, education, and organisational transformation with meaningful impact in a leading global university.
Key Responsibilities:- Main coordinator for NTU's role as country coordinator for the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence (IOAI), including timeline planning, coordinating with trainers (faculty members) and relevant departments to deliver selection test, trainings, and residential camp for Singapore's national team.
- Collaborate with AI Singapore (AISG) to ensure the successful delivery of the National Olympiad in AI (NOAI).
- Synchronise NOAI and IOAI timelines and maintain up-to-date information on the IOAI Singapore website.
Initiative Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver AI-driven initiatives to enhance research, education, and administrative efficiency.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify use cases, collect data, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Serve as meeting secretariat and project manager for emerging initiatives, providing coordination, monitoring progress, and reviewing deliverables of activities to ensure that work plans and timelines are fulfilled.
