As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for performing daily bookkeeping activities, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including accounts receivable and payable, and ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions.
- Prepare and process financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounts or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
