Job Description

As a professional in clinical governance, you will play a crucial role in managing quality and safety programs. You will coordinate and support the implementation of quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and supporting clinical quality and safety programs.
  • Identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.
  • Providing support to Quality Assurance and Clinical Services committees and continuously seeking opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare quality and safety, project management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with healthcare data systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of patient safety principles.
