Lead Clinical Governance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and take on a key role in clinical governance.
- Coordinate and support clinical quality and safety programmes within the organization.
- Play an active role in identifying, coordinating and participating with relevant departments in developing quality models, standards development, design and implementation of audits and risk management activities.
- Ensure accurate data collation and compilation for various clinical quality activities including clinical performance indicators.
- Provide support to QA and Clinical Services committees and continuously seek opportunities to improve work processes and highlight areas for improvement.
- Manage incidents and serious reportable events and conduct root cause analysis.
- Demonstrate management skills necessary to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners across the system and work with teams across the hospital and institutions.
- Minimum bachelor degree in Nursing / Healthcare or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare / nursing/ Medical Affairs, Clinical Governance.
- Have medical knowledge and understanding of medical terms.
- Comfortable to pitch to the teams on initiatives.
