Technical Field Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, removing, and relocating technical equipment at customer sites.

You will verify that the equipment meets required specifications and standards, conduct on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve malfunctions effectively, and investigate technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.

  • Evaluate and troubleshoot complex technical issues to identify underlying causes.
  • Analyze data to inform repair and maintenance strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent future malfunctions.

In addition to your technical expertise, excellent communication skills are essential for guiding customers through problem-solving steps and providing remote assistance for issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer, with a strong background in calibration, repair, validation, and qualification for equipment (Medical device/Pharma).

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Availability to travel globally 70%.
