  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage complex financial projects, such as system implementations and framework reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in driving process improvements and optimizing financial processes.
  • Policy Development: Experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
