Beach Club Supervisor Role

The Beach Club Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure. This involves providing warm, attentive, and professional service that showcases the brand's high standards.

  • Greet guests with enthusiasm and confident body language, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Efficiently manage reservations and inquire about the purpose of each visit to personalize the experience.
  • Promote daily specials, featured items, and ongoing promotions to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and actively upsell food and beverage options to increase revenue.
  • Supervise the accurate taking of guest orders and ensure service times are communicated clearly to avoid delays.
  • Input orders quickly and correctly into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to maintain efficiency.
  • Oversee the service of food and drinks, ensuring all presentations and accuracy align with brand standards.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment by clearing and resetting tables promptly.
  • Process payments smoothly and issue bills with professionalism to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas of the outlet to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities Continued:
  • Support the management team in organizing and executing special events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and minimize waste.
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently to prevent contamination and maintain a positive reputation.
  • Handle guest concerns with empathy and escalate to the duty manager when necessary for service recovery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor service crew to ensure high standards of service and excellent communication skills.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team follows company procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Assist with staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and a balanced workload.
  • Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
