Job Title:

Beach Club Service Leader

We are seeking a skilled Beach Club Service Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading service crews, managing outlets in outdoor environments, and delivering high-quality guest service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality service standards, motivating team members, handling guest complaints effectively, and supporting daily operations. They will also take responsibility for the overall look and feel of the outlet, including decor and atmosphere.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
