Customer Correspondence Manager

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all correspondence with customers and vendors, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders, tracking and monitoring inventory, generating purchase orders and vendor credit notes, managing accounts receivable and payable, handling online store operations, and utilizing IT systems effectively to support business operations.
Additionally, this role will assist in organizing requirements for medical conferences and seminars, coordinate overseas travel arrangements for the CEO and medical events, support the printing and preparation of marketing and event collaterals, manage bottling and packaging services, oversee transportation, and coordinate with the warehouse for storage of office items.
Product demonstrations for beauty devices are an essential part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Candidate must possess relevant qualifications or certifications from a Professional Institution.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
- Possess good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT software.
- 5 working days per week.
- Working schedule: 9.00 am to 06.00 pm.
- Training provided.
- Location: Bugis.
