Job Overview

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for managing and maintaining access controls to company resources. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on securing user identities and permissions.

The role involves administering user accounts, managing access privileges, and participating in IAM projects. This includes collaborating with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation for the IAM program and participating in audits to review access control reports, identifying potential risks.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IAM Solutions and Tools: Expertise in operating systems like Linux, Windows, directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory, security protocols like SSH and TLS, and IAM tools like Okta and Ping Identity.
  • Security Protocols and Practices: Understanding of security concepts as they relate to IAM, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, governance, automation, and cryptography.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
