This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families by delivering impactful Family Life Education programmes.
As a Family Life Educator, you will play a key role in designing and implementing engaging Family Life Education programmes, including parenting and marriage support, through talks, workshops, and coaching sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging Family Life Education programmes such as talks, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adapt curriculum.
- Partner with stakeholders to address their specific needs.
- Support and expand outreach efforts in the community.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- 5-day work week: Monday to Friday.
- Occasional evening or weekend programme delivery (Time-off will be provided).
- Attractive remuneration and staff benefits.
- Ongoing training and supervision provided for marriage and parenting programmes.
- Location: Toa Payoh/Jalan Basar region.
- Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, or related fields.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience in facilitating talks, workshops, or small group sessions.
- Experience in coaching or counselling.
- Bonus skills: Familiarity with Triple P, Signposts, or Purposeful Play; Accreditation in PE, MPP, PREP, PEMEP, or similar programmes; Proficient in additional languages such as Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil.
