Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver talks, workshops, and programmes for parents, grandparents, and couples in family life education settings.
  • Support outreach and engagement efforts with stakeholders such as school leaders, educators, community partners, and religious organisations to promote family values.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and evaluation of family-related programs focusing on parent-child relationships.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, are available to support diverse stakeholder needs.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Sociology, or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience and training in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), Signposts Groupwork, Purposeful Play, and Prepare/Enrich are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to deliver seminars and facilitate group work effectively.
  • No less than 3 years of relevant experience in family life education, preferably with expertise in programme development and implementation.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil are an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with a passion for supporting families.
