Building Stronger Relationships as a Senior Family Therapist

At our organization, we seek a seasoned Senior Counsellor to provide clinical supervision, develop and oversee programs for individuals, couples, and families facing challenges in their relationships. This role requires a passion for working with couples and families, excellent written and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt and be flexible with changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct early-risk marriage support, divorce support, and family & marital counselling
- Offer group work and other interventions to families facing challenges; and to work with relevant partners to promote the welfare of the clients
- Deliver clinical supervision for staff's professional development
- Supervise and manage counselling interns, when necessary
- Plan, develop, and implement programs for children, adults, and/or families
- Identify gaps in service delivery and improve work processes for the organization
The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate qualification in counselling by accredited institutions under the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or certification in systemic thinking. A minimum of 50 hours of training in Clinical Supervision is required. Preferably, the candidate should be a registered counsellor/supervisor with SAC or registered social worker with SASW.
