Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Performance Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries. They will be responsible for identifying and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting and managing country-level KPIs and performance tracking
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data across APAC countries
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights based on operational data
  • Prepare strategic reports and presentation materials for meetings with Country General Managers (GMs) and Business Development (BD) leaders
  • Support regional performance review, planning processes, and business system improvements
  • Participate in or lead cross-functional projects related to operational enhancement and regional alignment


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or corporate planning. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
