We are seeking a Research Fellow to join our Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation.

This is a mid-senior level contract role offering the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements, providing the opportunity to work remotely and in the office.

As a Research Fellow, you will support our centre's signature research programmes investigating the effects of the built environment on health, and how it can integrate health and social care seamlessly into our care ecosystem.

You will work closely with the Principal Investigator and partners in developing grant proposals and study plans, and assist with study design and planning.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the process and quality of study execution, tracking timelines and budget, and being involved in the preparation of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and reports.

You will also lead a team of junior research staff and provide technical supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD degree in Social Science, Biostatistics, Public Health, Urban Planning, Geography, Health Economics, or a related academic area, with at least 3 years' experience in population health research.

Design and health research or implementation science experience will be an advantage.

You should have a track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals and strong quantitative or qualitative research skills.

Proficiency in using advanced data analytics software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, SAS) or qualitative analysis software (e.g., NVivo) is essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being highly motivated and an independent team player, are required for this role.

Requirements:
